Hourly Rate: $20.50 to $30.75 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
 
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in a full-time, in-office position. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their insurance needs, ensuring they feel valued, understood, and protected every step of the way.
 
Key Responsibilities
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
Answer questions regarding coverage options, policy changes, claims, billing, and eligibility.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
Educate clients using a needs-based approach to identify the best insurance solutions for them.
Manage a high volume of inbound calls and walk-in clients.
Uphold a positive attitude and a strong commitment to daily success.

Qualifications
Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Computer-savvy and comfortable using agency management systems (training provided).
Punctual, organized, and attentive to detail.
Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
A team player with a customer-first mindset and a passion for helping others.

What We Offer
Compensation: $20.50 - $30.75 per hour (based on experience)
